Green Tea X50 Protein Banana Bread
This tasty, protein packed low calorie banana bread recipe for Green Tea X50 is moist and full of flavour! It freezes well and makes a delicious snack or dessert. Why not give this a try for in lunchboxes or a great breakfast on the run.
2 ripe bananas
2 tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup Green Tea X50 100% Lean Whey Protein Powder (vanilla flavour)
2 tsps baking powder
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/2 tsps cinnamon
*Nuts to serve or sprinkle over the top
Turn oven on and preheat to 150°C. Mix the bananas, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, dates and baking powder in a blender until all ingredients are combined. Then it’s time to add the Green Tea X50 100% Lean Whey Protein Powder and coconut flour. After letting the mix rest for around 5 minutes pour into a lined loaf tin and then place in the oven. Bake for around 30 minutes, the cake should be browned on top when you pull it out. To ensure the cake is cooked through, use a skewer to test.
