Hot or Iced Lotus Latte Recipe


Fancy something a little special to sip on? I’ve got just the thing for you. What’s your favourite way to enjoy your morning latte? 


 Serves 2

 Vegan │ Gluten Free Option │ Refined Sugar Free Option 



 › 1 Cup + 2 Tbsp Oat Flour (homemade) 



› 2 Sachets X50 Revolver Vegan Latte 

 › 200ml Hot Water 

› 300ml Plant-Based Milk (of choice) 

› ½ tsp Cinnamon 

› Hand full of ice



 › ½ Cup Aquafaba (liquid from 1 can of chickpeas)

 › ⅛ tsp Cream of Tartar 

 › ½ Cup Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener

› 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 

  (Non- Vegan option use cream)



 1. Drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas into a large bowl. 

 2. Add the cream of tartar. Using a hand mixer, start mixing on medium speed. Once foamy, increase speed to high. Beat until stiff peaks form. 

 3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Put aside. 

 4. Empty sachets into 2 glasses or mugs. Divid the hot water between both vessels. Stir to combine. Heat or froth choice of milk (preferably froth) then pour into prepared vessels. Stir. Add in the ice.  Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream, dusting of cocoa, cinnamon and lotus cookies (optional).
